Ezdan Real Estate introduces “EZDAN EDC –MY BOOK” App

 Ezdan Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, has launched the “Ezdan EDC - My Book”, a smart phone application that enables customers to enjoy free offers in more than 300 commercial outlets such as hotels, restaurants, cafes and fitness centers, among others. Customers can enjoy these services through few clicks, by downloading the App through Apple Store or Google Play.

 

This initiative aims to boost Ezdan Real Estate's customer’s services, by offering 900 “buy-one-get-one-free” vouchers in a variety of products, including Food & Drinks, Beauty & Spa, Pleasure & Leisure, Services & Retails and Health & Fitness. Customers Care Team in Sakin centers -Doha and Al-Wukair, are to make the application available to the new customers of Ezdan Real Estate Company.

 

On the launch of the EZDAN EDC-MY BOOK app, Acting General Manager of Ezdan Real Estate, Mr. Omar Al Yafei, commented: "The launch of the Ezdan EDC - My Book App stems from our close attention we pay to our customers' needs to provide them with cutting edge services and opportunities, which make Ezdan Real Estate unique in its field”. 

 

He added: "The exceptional services we offer to our customers reflect our commitment to providing modern lifestyle for the tenants of our residential compounds, which we were keen to equip with all necessary services and facilities, including but not limited to playgrounds, gyms, swimming pools, mosques and supermarkets, as well as 24-hour maintenance and security services. We seek to enhance communication channels with our esteemed customers to ensure their comfort and convenience. It is in fact the first of its kind move for a real estate company in Qatar, and is an added value to the other communication services we provide, such as Ezdan WhatsApp, Sakin center in Doha and Al Wakrah, which provides leasing and contracting services. In addition, our social media pages and e-mail, and Ezdan Customer Service’s Call Center have attained record achievement in terms of interaction with customer requests and inquiries.”

Mr. Al Yafei further explained: “Ezdan Real Estate is preparing to launch a range of other smart phone applications, as part of an integrated plan for the optimal use of modern technologies, within the framework of expanding ERE customers’ base, as well as raising their level of satisfaction.”

 

Ezdan Real Estate Company has earlier initiated Ezdan Discount Card Program (EDC), which allows Ezdan customers and tenants to enjoy discounts on a variety of products from 100 destinations, including restaurants, hotels, shops, training services, Hajj and Umrah, health care, beauty centers, insurance services and others.
