Ezdan Real Estate Launches “Ezdan WhatsApp” Service

Ezdan Real Estate Company (ERE), a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, has launched “Ezdan WhatsApp” service in a first of its kind initiative by a Qatari realty company, out of its keenness to strengthen communication channels with its tenants and provide them with the highest level of convenience.


ERE tenants, as well as clients who wish to lease in Doha, Al Wakrah and Al Wukair can now reach out to the Company for queries regarding leasing applications, contracting, maintenance services, complaints or others through the new smartphone app on: (50612121). The Company welcomes all inquiries Saturday to Thursday, from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm.


The initiative comes within the framework of enhancing interaction channels with tenants of the housing units noting that a highly trained and specialized team from ERE Customer Relation Department will be keen to respond immediately and effectively to all queries and requests.

Moreover, the new service will allow the public to benefit from modern technologies for a more effective and interactive communication with the company, since they can support their inquiries and questions with multimedia files, such as pictures and videos.


Commenting on “Ezdan WhatsApp"service, Acting General Manager of Ezdan Real Estate Mr. Omar Al-Yafey said: “The new smartphone application launch aims at stressing our commitment towards facilitating communication with our audience, be they our clients or those wishing to rent our real estate units. It is a quality addition to the Company's other communication services, including the 24-hour customer care center at 40212121, and Sakin service, via the two branches in Al Wakrah and Al Wakair to facilitate leasing and contracting procedures, in addition to the Company’s social media pages and e-mail”.


This new service, Al Yafey added, will be followed by other smartphone apps services during the coming period. This will be within the framework of an interactive plan that will make intensive use of new technologies in view to expand the Company’s customer base in the different regions. Through such drive, the company also seeks to increase levels of its costumers’ satisfaction with the diverse services it provides. Ezdan WhatsApp, he continued, has been highly acclaimed by the selected segment during the trial period. 

ERE had previously launched Sakin service in Doha and Al Wakra, with the aim to provide services of leasing, maintenance, customer care and payment.  It operates from 07:30am to 09:00pm on weekdays, except Fridays.
