Ezdan Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, has launched a new service called “Sakin Center” that aims to provide integrated leasing services. The launch came in the framework of the Company’s efforts to provide affordable and flexible solutions to facilitate contracting and leasing procedures. The new service is made available through two branches (Sakin Center, Doha – Sakin Center, Al Wakrah) to provide leasing, maintenance, utility and customer care services, as well as payment. The branches operate from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM all week days except Friday.


“Sakin” service further facilitates procedures for customers wishing to join Ezdan real estate community and benefit from its products. The service offers all necessary amenities in Ezdan Compounds and Villages through two branches; Ezdan Village (9) branch that caters to Al Wakrah and Al Wukair residents, and Ezdan Towers West Bay branch at the 1st floor of the  tower2, which serves Doha residents. The two centers incorporate contracting, leasing, maintenance, and financial services in a pleasant environment. Tenants are welcomed in comfortable waiting rooms fitted with a queuing system that reduces waiting periods and saves time.


For his part, Ezdan Holding Group CEO Mr. Ali Al Obaidli said:” this new service comes as an extension to the process of expanding our range of services in the housing and real estate development, and from our desire to achieve the highest customer satisfaction levels through responding to their requests in a timely manner, organize the contracting process for residential units so that tenants can make the best out of Ezdan services and products.” He added that tenancy rates are at near full occupancy with 94%.  Ezdan Al Wakrah and Al Wukair alone are home to more than 70,000 dwellers scattered over more than 15,000 various housing units. Al Obaildli noted that the increasing growth of population encourages Ezdan to expand its services and launch innovative solutions to facilitate leasing procedures, and that is what “Sakin” service is for.


Al Obaidli also confirmed that the Group is currently working on developing other service solutions and intends to launch them within the near future. Such solutions include exploiting technology programs to facilitate the processes of leasing and contracting with customers as he noted that the company is keen to convert contracting service with Ezdan Real Estate to an integrated e-service. He added that Sakin Service enjoys unique qualities that enhance Ezdan products as it will be available along 13 hours daily non-stop, and for 6 days a week. The service is established to save time and effort of costumers and make all procedures easy and smooth in one -stop-shop. 


It is noteworthy that “Sakin Service Center”, is supervised by a specialized and qualified team, representing different departments, including leasing, maintenance, finance, customer service.


It is referred that Ezdan Real Estate has witnessed this year a series of improvements and innovations to its residential compounds, by installing 120,000 water-saving devices in its villages, the fact that will result in saving up to 40%. This is made in line with the rationalization of consumption policy adopted by the state and based on the MoU signed by Ezdan Holding Group with “KAHRAMAA” Corporation. In addition, the company was keen to revamp furniture of a significant number of residential units within Ezdan villages, and it endeavors to develop the rest of the compounds, and currently it is on the final stages of changing furniture.  


It is also noteworthy that, in the framework of its efforts to providing luxury to its customers and ensuring their wellbeing, Ezdan Real Estate launched this year “Ezdan Discount Card”, which provides its holder privileges and discount offers from 70 outlets in Qatar. In addition to that, the company has organized an array of events and activities in its residential compounds as well as provided entertainment services to its tenants on different occasions such as Eid Al-Adha, Garangao Night, among other through holding miscellaneous shows and competitions.
