Ezdan Real Estate, one of Ezdan Holding Group’s subsidiaries, has launched a new mobile application on both, Smartphones and Tablets. The app aims at putting Ezdan Real Estate services and supporting tools right between its customers’ hands, literally. A move that will enhance communication with customers and support the company’s proximity as one of the largest real estate companies in the State of Qatar and the Middle East that has a strong digital presence.
The new application provides access to the Company’s most current news and developments, as well as services such as “Ezdan Plus”, units leasing, GPS locations of Ezdan Real Estate residential projects, in addition to a photo gallery showcasing various Ezdan Real Estate projects.
Commenting on the launch of the new application, Ezdan Holding Group CEO Mr. Ali Mohammed Al Obaidli, said: “Ezdan Holding Group is always seeking to strengthen its position as one of the largest economic entities in the State of Qatar and the region. Ezdan’s CEO pointed out that the application being announced today is a clear message that Ezdan Holding Group and all its subsidiaries spare no effort to devote all available means of modern technology in order to provide the greatest possible comfort to the people living in the State of Qatar. He explained that such move came after a thorough study which has showed that a large proportion of individuals are using smartphones and services these devices provide. In this regard, the group is intending to launch more applications for a number of its subsidiaries.
Ezdan Holding Group attaches great importance to the means of social communication as one of the main channels for interaction with the public in today's world. We constantly strive to achieve maximum proximity, Mr. Ali Mohammed Al Obaidli noted, adding that the number of Ezdan Holding Group followers on social platforms is constantly growing and have reached more than 132,000 as we speak. He said that the Group is expecting this number to increase during the coming period through media campaigns targeting new user segments on social networks.
The launch of this new application, which is available on iOS and Android systems, is provided to a larger coverage of the mobile market within the framework of Ezdan commitment to serve its customers in the most sufficient way.
Services provided by the application include all leasing matters a customer might enquire about, in addition to the wide range of services and amenities offered in our residential projects. The application also includes "Ezdan Plus" services, comprising shopping, cleaning, car washing, training and development, insurance, catering, travel and tourism, service and maintenance of vehicles, limousines and car rental, health care, fast shipping and fright.
