Ezdan Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, has recently launched a new digital system in the two “Sakin” centers in Doha and Al Wukair, in order to evaluate customers satisfaction, facilitate communication with them, and receive their feedback and suggestions.
The initiative aims to launch multiple new channels to interact with Ezdan Real Estate client base on a wider scale. The system is in Arabic and English, and includes questionnaires to assess customer satisfaction with the services provided by the Company. Customers can send any suggestions, comments or inquiries about any of the maintenance or facilities services in their respective residential units.
Commenting on this move, Acting General Manager of Ezdan Real Estate, Mr. Omar Al Yafey, said: “The objective of this initiative is to establish a more effective communication with tenants of Ezdan villages and residential units, through assessing their satisfaction with Ezdan Real Estate services, receiving their feedback and responding quickly to any questions or queries to provide them with all information they need”.
He added that the Company is seeking to continuously strengthen its communication networks with its customer base through a well-structured plan backed by cutting edge technology in line with the advancement of today’s lifestyle. Similarly, Ezdan has recently launched “Ezdan WhatsApp” service for immediate response to customers via the contact number 50612121. The service enables residents and potential tenants to send their inquiries and requests, with supported images and videos, to a dedicated customer relations team.
This step is regarded a quality addition to the communication channels in place, such as the 24-hour customer service on 40212121, or “Sakin” centers to facilitate leasing, contracting and payment procedures from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm on all weekdays, except Friday.
